Maloney, Bean, Horn & Hull's general civil litigation practice includes commercial, personal injury and wrongful death litigation. The commercial practice includes business relationship disputes, trade secrets and contract disputes, employment discrimination, misrepresentation, fraud, breach of warranty, and litigation under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

Maloney, Bean, Horn & Hull enjoys client relationships with a wide range of domestic and international insurers, representing their varied interests in both federal and state courts in many of the fifty states. The strength of these relationships is reflected by our present appointment as coordinating counsel on multiple national accounts. Because of the broad range of our insurance clients' interests, we have developed substantial experience in general liability, professional indemnity, accident and health, property and aviation. The Firm also represents insurers' interests in regulatory, bad faith, insurance code, subrogation, coverage and declaratory judgment matters.

Products liability has always been and remains a Firm mainstay. Products litigation has included airplanes and helicopters, turbine and piston engines, amusement park rides, trucks and component parts, industrial machinery, automobiles, business equipment, medical devices, electrical equipment, elevators, prescription drugs, construction equipment, farm implements and scuba diving equipment.

The Firm's interest and involvement in aviation law is a natural outgrowth of the shareholders' backgrounds in military aviation. Our aviation practice covers the spectrum from airports and general aviation to products liability and airlines. Our aviation litigation experience reflects that breadth - we have successfully represented airport boards, airlines, pilots, commercial operators, aerial applicators, fixed base operators, mechanics and repair stations, and designers, manufacturers and distributors of aviation products. We are proud to act as General Counsel for several national distributors of aviation products and to represent a major air carrier at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport in regional litigation. Because of the wide range of interests represented, our aviation practice is multi-state, with Maloney, Bean, Horn & Hull attorneys routinely practicing in federal and state courts in jurisdictions outside of Texas.

In order to support our clients' business requirements and to fulfill our role as General Counsel to a number of businesses, we have an active business transactions practice. Lawyers practicing in this area offer a range of legal services including drafting and reviewing contracts, employment related agreements and equipment leases and general business counseling.
